This lecture is intended as a practical guide for everyone who face every day the frustrating differences in international business customs and practices.

Colin Moon aims to reduce that confusion and frustration by classifying international business norms and behaviour into logical patterns. He examines the principal areas which, sooner or later, affect the way we do business together. Colin also encourages us to examine ourselves and question our own ‘normality’.
